We started rising together once a month during the pandemic and we didn’t stop.
On the first Monday of the month, whatever the weather, whatever the season, wherever you are in the world, wake up for sunrise. Just because you can. It’s up to you what you do at sunrise. But do something for you.

You don’t even need to leave your house or garden. You can be by a window that faces the sun. Join in whenever you want to and if you want a lie in some months, that’s fine too.
What you need to do to join in…
Sign up for the Sunrise Club and you’ll receive a reminder email each month on the Sunday to remind you that we’re rising on the Monday (the first Monday of the month).
Share what you did on your social (most Sunrise Clubbers seem to hang out on LinkedIn but feel free to share wherever you choose) with a picture, some words or a video with the hashtag #SunriseClubWRT and search with the hashtag to find and connect with other people.
